Splashing into the music industry is Miguel Mayorga, with his very own solo project, "Tell My Fairytale". Along with "Tell My Fairytale", MIguel is also apart of the seemingly-popular German band, 'Avertine'. Differentiating from the 'hardcore', 'Avertine' Miguel Mayorga strips it down acoustically within 'Tell My Fairytale'For half-an-hour, Mayorga whisks you away from reality, and brings you into the world of musically blend, featuring 'sweet, catchy acoustics' to 'passionate, soulful, love songs'. Stand-out tracks include "Wake Up", "Severed Seven Nights", and "Long Way Home", in which they all provide a pleasant melody, and present the 'deeper' edge within Mayorga's music. Unlike similar artists in the 'acoustic' category, Mayorga provides a refreshing sound, without using cheesy lyrics and simple strumming patterns. Although his english could use some 'brushing up' on, overall - for a debut album, Mayorga did one hell of a job.
Nevertheless, while listening to "Tell My Fairytale", it is similar to watching all of your dreams come true. There's hopefulness within Mayorga's voice that will attract many, many more fans to come. With this only being his debut album, we're more than excited, or anxious to watch Mayorga's evolution occur over the years. Keep a close eye on Mayorga - whether it be in "Tell My Fairytale" or "Avertine", because trust me when I say this - this kid is going places.
